This law firm has steadily decreased in professionalism. Today, I talked to the receptionist Virginia and she obviously did not like the way that i talked to her. Take a piece of your own medicine if you’re going to be disrespectful to clients on the phone. We have been with Mauricio Herrera for several years and he worked my previous car accident case, but today we were told he would not take the case. Maybe find better receptionists who are not going to cost you a case to work on and educate them on how to talk to clients if you want to continue your business. A little bit of humility goes a long way and now I’ll be going elsewhere with my business even though this was my preferred firm. Oh and also, anything relating to immigration go elsewhere because my aunt has been waiting for two years now and has heard nothing back. Don’t waste your time.
