Being an Associate Broker for a national firm I recently had questions for this attorney concerning an easement for a land locked piece of property where no one wanted to give a legal easement. As a non-paid director of a non-profit federally and state- funded organization, I recently needed some timely independent assistance in clarifying issues related to the Freedom of Information Act. Mr. Corcoran provided the guidance I needed in a prompt, clear and efficient manner.

Mr. Corcoran was such a sweetheart! I called him for advice regarding a lease I was pressured into signing when I was apartment shopping. I had two weeks till the lease was supposed to start and I wanted out so I was in a bit of a time crunch! He reviewed my contract and in the end I was offered either termination of my contract or a much lower rate and no fees at all if I decided to stay! Mr. Corcoran was very prompt and professional. I would suggest him to ANYONE who is needing legal help! I really liked the fact that he took my small problem and not only made it a priority but made me feel at ease during the process.

Nicholas Corcoran was very professional when providing counsel. He made sure that I had adequate information pertaining to the legal questions I asked him and did so in a timely fashion.
