We moved here from another state where we had a simple Will that was created by an attorney in that state. After researching Arkansas laws, we decided that it was to our best interest to create a Trust to protect our assets. Probate laws differ from state-to-state. Gary DeWitt is very well educated in this area. He has our best interest in mind and he delivers. I highly recommend DeWitt Law Firm.

I have to say that the Dewitt Law firm was there for my family in our time of need. I was very I'll and had a very long stay in the hospital with a grave condition and Outlook. During a short release from the hospital, they were available and responsive to get an estate plan done before my return to the hospital where I remained for 8 months. It was touch and go during that time but I thank God above and the Dewitts for being there for me and my family during our time of need. They are very professional but also very compassionate and thorough with their clients. They leave no stone unturned. Don't ever let the state determine the outcome of your estate.
