I wanted to give an updated review and honestly I should’ve done it sooner. I was able to finally get divorced and really, the delays made it worth it because the irony of having my divorce finalized on Valentine’s Day is delicious.

Attorney Hatfield helped my mother-in-law with her Worker’s Compensation claim. Her employer and the third-party insurance claims handler were not responsive and did not seem to care. But Attorney Hatfield got her the money she deserved (and more!) in a timely manner. We retained him in early March and resolved the claim the same month! Thank you so much!

I originally was with another lawyer for my Social Security disability case but with a huge lack of communication etc. hey said to go another route with Jason Hatfield and I wish I would’ve went to him first. My first appointment he sat me down and went over the process with me and actually listened to me and made time for me. During the whole process whenever I had questions I was able to receive immediate answers. Mr Hatfield and his office staff were always there to guide me through, They are very professional and very courteous, I would definitely recommend him!

Jason Hatfield was a lifesaver!! I won't mention the company I work for, but I was getting the run around after a knee injury I suffered while at work. I put up with the workman's comp mess for a few months on my own before finally hiring Jason. He got things kicked into gear seriously fast!! I am now back to work and even getting a little settlement out of the deal. He is really good at what he does and I would highly highly recommend him to ANYONE who is having to deal with the crooked workman's comp monster. If I could give more than a 5* I would!
