They'll help you and fight for you as hard as they can and as much as they can. We were court appointed to jake and he was amazing. The only downfall, which I pretty much expected, is that I hardly ever get in contact with them. It's hard because they're super busy, which is understandable, but when they do call it's always very professional and in an apologetic manner about the wait! I highly recommend them. The 4 stars is just because of the contact.

Josh Potter is the best lawyer in Texarkana. He will rank the absolute highest outside of area as well. You will not find a better lawyer guaranteed. He is very compassionate, extremely knowledgeable in all areas and responsive to his cases. Josh provided my family with the highest comfort, ease and communication during our very unfortunate situation. Without Josh and his knowledge in the criminal justice system this situation could've turned tragic in our family and I honestly know it would've had Josh not been the one to handle our case. He is a great guy that really does care on a personal level. Josh Potter and staff will always be a part of our family.

I have to say, I understand lawyers are very busy so at first I was like man this law firm her attorney doesn’t care. I was for sure wrong when I finally met up with Mr. Joshua potter he made it clear that he would fight for me and do his job and that no promises but he would see what he could do, the results was a dismissed case - great lawyers

I was so disappointed in how I was treated. I used Tommy for my divorce so when a child custody issue came up I used Jake for this case. I got little to no communication from him. I constantly had to remind him of the facts of my case and situation. When the final custody agreement was not correct I got no help or response from Jake about a correction. Now I am stuck with wage garnishment for too much and will need another hearing. I still have not gotten a response.

The staff is very unprofessional and the lawyers do not return calls or emails. Worst service I have ever had in my life.
