Gerard is, without a doubt, the most professional and experienced attorney you want advocating for you. He is compassionate and concerned for your situation while he builds your case. He definitely had an uphill battle with my ex-husband's lawsuit to modify the divorce decree. However, he was so thorough, so detail-oriented and so focused on every aspect of his concerns for modification that the judge saw through his smoke and mirrors and denied all his requests.
