I was involved with a car accident in 2017, a friend referred me to Berg Injury. The process was very smooth and easy, I really appreciate everyone who helped me out! Stephanie who came to my home and sat down to understand my concerns, Shannon who made sure everything was submitted and followed up with me on time! Deborah the adjustment were exactly how you explained far as time expected. To the Alameda office, ms Tina the receptionist very professional! Also ms Clara, thank you for being so patient with me, I drove an hour to thank you guys in person!

The day my wife got in to that horrible accident, we planned to do it by ourselves. But when my wife saw the Berg Injury Lawyers commercial one TV we were convinced that we really need a lawyer to represent us in this kind of MVA Case. Carmen (Field Rep) come to our apartment to interview my wife and took some document from the CHP and insurance company and from that point in time the case went very smirking without any hustle. Well let's see...I never met the attorney...the case manager failed to retrieve docs and got my info incorrect in all, after being rear ended, they wanted to settle for less than I make in a month at work. Not too happy with this place.

I was in a bad car accident almost 3 years ago and Berg Injury Lawyers helped me out with my settlement. They were in contact with me every step of the way. They were very nice and answered all of my questions. They were also prompt at returning my calls. I would definitely recommend them.
