I am disappointed in their communication, timeliness, and responsibility. I have reached out to their team several times through the end of December, and all of my calls went to voicemail. Additionally, my voicemail was never returned. In early January, I finally got a hold of someone on the phone, and schedule an initial consultation the next day at noon. At 3PM, they had asked me push the call back to the next day. With no communication whatsoever prior to the delay, and no explanation for why the call was pushed back, their actions have lost my faith in their ability to handle my case.

We all want straightforward answers before hiring attorneys, but today's dynamic prevents that possibility. I know lawyers can't give "legal advice" until they are retained, but come-on man you can give some general advice. Unfortunately, every lawyer i spoke to stuck with the disclaimer, until I spoke to Ike...wow...this guy gave me respectable time and feedback. I have dealt with many attorneys in my past and Ike is one of the most patient, compassionate and professional lawyer you will encounter. He had our best interest at heart while remaining realistic.
