Attention! Fake google review. And they will try to control the bad reviews.(My old review was deleted) I would never refer this law firm to anyone. They waste my 2 years and thousands of money on my EB2 immigration. My PERM got denied from DOL for “document format error” on Nov 2021, which means I need to restart from day 1 and wasted my whole 2 years for the immigration. The law firm told me it’s not their mistake because I checked all documents before they sent out. I don’t understand why I need to check the “legal instrument format” after paying thousands to a lawyer. I‘m not a lawyer and how can I know what is the correct format? ’A BASIC requirement for a lawyer is filling the legal instrument in CORRECT FORMAT! DO NOT TRUST this law firm and google review. They apparently don’t know how to fill the EB immigration document in correct format. That’s ridiculous. 虚假的Google reivew！ 我不会像任何人推荐这家律师事务所。他们直接浪费了我宝贵的两年的移民时间和数千美刀。我的PERM在2021年11月的时候被劳工局Denied了，原因是因为”“法律文书填写格式错误“。”这也意味着我要从DAY 1重新开始，我也同时浪费了2年的时间。 律师所告诉我说这并不是他们的错因为在递交之前我也检查过信息了。我不理解为什么我还需要去检查法律文书的格式在我付了数千美金给一个律师事务所之后。我又怎么能知道什么事正确的“法律文书格式“在我不是一个律师的前提下？一个移民律师最基本的要求难道不就是以正确的格式填写法律文书吗？请千万不要相信这家律师事务所和他们的google review。他们很明显根本就不知道应该如何去做一个EB immigtation的case以及去填写正确的法律文书。这一切真是太可笑了。
