They say an hour to reply is an outright lie, in fact they often reply after two days, if at all . And it happened more than once and with no knowledge of my situation at all, and in the end, of course, I am their customer and all guests who want to work with them can verify if what I say is true.

This was my first experience dealing with a car accident, and I must say, my senior advisor Chloe was incredibly patient and thoughtful throughout the entire process.
