Suboptimal experience with their initial scheduling; had an appointment time, but was told they needed to reschedule to a later date. I informed them that my plan was to make a decision by the following day for a retainer but I appreciated the follow-up, to which they responded asking if I could do 4PM that day. My response said I think I should be able to do 4pm, and asked if they could remind me if this was a paid or complementary initial consultation to see if we had a good fit, and the response a minute later was "the earliest will actually be next week before the attorney can meet with you. Good luck with your case." I'll leave that interaction open to interpretation. Edit: In response to the law office's response to my post, I had not yet secured a retainer. I clearly stated I wanted to make a decision by the weekend (that I had not made a decision yet); thus I was trying to see if I would want to work with Meisa Banh instead. If I had already made up my mind, why was I bothering to find out about pricing for another firm? I was a potential client - but not any further.

We were referred to Sabrina Li by an acquaintance and we very relieved to find someone that was able to help my husband and I throughout the immigration process on a level that both of us understood. We received clear instructions on what was needed and her firm kept us updated on the changing policies that would effect our case. We worked with her for over a year and were confident going into our interview that things would be okay. She attended the interview with us and our case was approved. Excellent and professional experience!

My friend recommended Sabrina. She responded promptly to my questions and provided professional recommendations. You can tell that she is experienced and confident.
