Johnson’s injury law and specifically, Boyd, deserve nothing less than a stellar 5-star review. From the moment I contacted them after my accident on the 51 freeway, Boyd was incredibly communicative and supportive. He took the time to lay out all my options, ensuring I fully understood each one, and empowered me to make informed decisions about my case. His expertise and guidance were invaluable as I navigated through a challenging time, especially with a neck injury. Boyd's dedication and diligence resulted in the best possible outcome for my case, securing the maximum compensation I deserved. I cannot recommend Boyd enough, for their professionalism, compassion, and outstanding legal representation.

Branigan and his intake specialist, Brandon, were very nice to me during my legal case inquiry; however, they refused to take my case. I was told by Branigan himself that he was overwhelmed and that I "might have a strong case." I feel like something was fishy about this because a) if he was so overwhelmed, why didn't he block out the intake form on his website so that nobody can contact him? and b) if I "might have a strong case," how come he didn't ask for additional information? I still feel like there's something he's not telling me, and people should be wary about this when it comes to intakes. Often, these procedures are very brief and don't cover all necessary ground. Either way, I received two limited scope legal representation agreements from two different firms because they believe that I have an *extremely* strong case. I decided on one of them. These agreements are just to conduct preliminary investigations, which is what needs to happen. Overall, 4 stars for Branigan and Brandon's niceness, albeit with some slightly dubious vibes.

My interaction with him left much to be desired. He was unhelpful, unresponsive, and seemed disinterested in my case. I reached out to him for legal assistance, but he provided minimal guidance and did not show any enthusiasm to help me. After watching his YouTube channel and in hopes of him helping me I thought he was the right attorney for the job I was completely wrong. I was very disappointed with his lack of professionalism and commitment to his clients. After feeling ignored and neglected by Mr. Robertson, I decided to seek legal assistance elsewhere. I was wrongly terminated and lost my job and contacted him but was a waste of my time and apparently their time. If your case is not black and white or an easy case like short term he will not take your case. He’s only looking for fast short term easy cases to win. Fortunately, I found two attorneys who were eager to take on my case right away and provide me with the support and guidance I needed. Overall, my experience with Mr. Robertson was extremely unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend his services to anyone seeking legal assistance. It is essential for a lawyer to be responsive, attentive, and dedicated to their clients, qualities that Mr. Robertson unfortunately lacked during my interaction with him.
