Paul represented me personally and my firm in a number of matter of the last 10 year. More recently we had a problem with a minority share holder who tried to stop the sale of my company Paul skillfully managed the case to allow us to complete the sale. If I had one complaint it would be that he set my expectation to high, I have recently got divorced and expected the same level of service/communicatation and expertise I recieve from Paul from my divorce lawyer - I was very disappointed.
