I met with a number of layers and had multiples referrals for an accident trying to determine whom I wanted to represent my family and I regarding a serious accident involving a car vs pedestrian. It seemed easy to find a number of OK lawyers that wanted to represent me given the case, but none of them had the track record and honest assessment of our situation and let us know what we could expect. So many people that we interviewed were so overly optimistic about how much would could settle for and it set us back quite a bit. We were looking for a real world approach that would provide results and that's what he did!!! The thing however that really made the biggest difference for my family and I was his over all demeanor. He made all of us very comfortable with the entire process and his communication through the entire ordeal was very consistent and put all of us at piece of mind. If you ever need representation you should absolutely sit down with him to meet and discuss your case.

Branigan and his team were amazing throughout the long 4 years of my class action lawsuits. He fought for us and ended up winning all of us a settlement.
