Maryam is rare find. Not only is she thorough and easy to talk to, but she does what is best for the client (i.e. not what is best for her just to make $$ off of you). She very timely, easy to talk to, but pays attention to detail . She was able to help us regarding a difficult case and saved us potentially wasted money/time.
