I met with Sam Sumitani after being referred by Chapman University's entrepreneurship director. Sam patiently helped me sort out a multi year intellectual property issue involving a much larger software company. He identified different angles to approach the situation as well as giving his thoughts on what the best next steps would be. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone who needs help with IP issues, he was thorough, took great notes, and had suggestions I hadn't thought of prior to the meeting.
