Didn't have the best experience with Troy, at my first appointment with Troy he told me even though I'm clearly disabled my case was not strong enough for him to take on, however he told me there were steps I could take to make my case strong enough, I asked him what those steps were he told me. I began those steps, which took a couple months (all this time I could have been looking for other representation). While doing these steps I tried to keep in touch with his assistant Julian to know exactly what Mr Monge wanted, after getting all those things Mr Monge decides to tell me he still won't represent me. So he basically wasted a lot of my time, now I have less than 2 months to find representation, that's a really bad way of doing business in my opinion, it's so hard for me to go places and do things also, the things he asked me to do were not easy with my conditions, it's as if he doesn't even care.

Mr. Monge was personable and very well versed in social security disability. He was very patient and detailed in explaining the process and in review of my specific case details. He usually provided answers to my questions before I asked them. He took my phone calls and always got back to me if I missed him. He kept me updated throughout the process and called if something definitive came through along the way. Most importantly, we won!

Troy Monge was very honest at the beginning of this. Never made any promises that couldn't be kept. It did take a year and a half, but I did get my Disability Benefits. Very pleased with him and his staff and he didn't give up. Gave me directions thru the entire process.

Attorney Monge went the extra mile SO many times in helping me fight for SSDI and group disability insurance benefits. In the final settlement with my insurer, they made a mistake in the IRS filing that cost me $5,000 more in taxes that I didn't owe. Troy Monge never gave up...5 years later I got a refund from the IRS. That shows his character, persistence and kindness. He is the BEST!

They are not there when you need them and they will destroy you if they can. Also won my SS case. Dedicated and it shows, cares and you feel good. TROY WON MY CASE BUT I FIRST HAD BILL LATOUR AS AN ATTORNEYI NEVER MET THE ATTORNEY ONLY MET WITH A SCREENER AND HAD LITTLE IF ANY CONTACT WITH THE OFFICE WOULD LEAVE MESSAGES NEVER A CALL BACK OR A LETTER. I CHANGED ATTORNEYS TO TROY D MONGE 714-385-8100 at MARTIN TALLER LAW GROUP IN ANAHEIM TOOK MY CASE AND DID MORE IN THE LITTLE TIME HE HAD TO GO TO THE HEARING THAN BILL LATOUR OFFICE DID IN THE 2 YEARS HE HAD MY CASE.
