Does not return phone calls for MONTHS. I am serious. I called daily to get a response and his secretary even apologized repeatedly. If you are just a regular person getting a divorce you will have a very low priority. He also gives such vague advice that you live in a constant state of worry and fear. As your attorney, he has access to all of your asssets. He told me he would hold jewelry in lieu of another retainer, we had already gone through the first $5,000. Next thing I know he sent a promissory note for $15,000 after NOT RETURNING PHONE CALLS! Then he placed liens on my property when I did not sign.

How often does an attorney answer their own phone? Not often, but that is exactly what Mr. Walker did. He was wonderful in listening to my issues and answered all my questions. When I met him at his law office, I was a little nervous, but him and his staff made me feel comfortable. Mr. Walker told me my options and was able to direct me on the right choice in my particular situation. He was also very helpful in answering the numerous emails I would send him about letters I would receive from collectors. He made my first experience with going through bankruptcy less stressful. I would highly recommend Mr. Walker to anyone.

I didn't know what to expect when I made the appointment to see Mr. Walker. I needed help to plan my estate and didn't know whee to turn. A friend of mine recommended Chris and I am so glad. I have had experiences with lawyers before, none of them any good. They always have staff to take the calls or they are never in the office. I took it as a good sign that when I called him, he answered the phone himself, and was very clear and what he could do (I have since learned he has an assistant that also answers the phone but she is very nice and actually gives Chris my messages). When I went to my appointment I met with Chris and not the assistant, as I had in other offices. He was very professional and was able to make me comfortable about my estate and that he could do what I wanted. Mr. Walker charged my lower fees than the other attorneys I had talked to, and he has been very quick to return my calls if he is not in the office. Its been a general rule of mine that lawyers are greedy and out for themselves, but to every rule there is an exception, and Mr. Walker is the exception to my rule. I wholeheartedly endorse him for any work that you are looking for an attorney for.
