Lalit & Kiran were the main lawyers to work on my case after my car accident last year. They were absolutely terrific. I couldn’t have asked for a better team for my first legal experience. Not only were they very professional, but were also easy to talk to, patient, and very knowledgeable about what they're doing - I was informed everything I needed to know about insurance companies on my first phone meeting with Lalit. They were also passionate and aggressive about getting the best results and wouldn't settle until we did. One or the other was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had and were quick to respond to any email or text. I always felt confident in their work because they always assured me everything was taken care of and explained each step along the way throughout the whole process. I was also walked through on what I needed to do on my end in order for me to have a graceful and stress-free experience while I was waiting for everything to settle. I definitely felt like a high priority client. Distance also wasn't an issue when working with this law firm. I live west of the San Fernando Valley (almost the other end of the LA county), and their offices are in Anaheim and the surrounding areas. I didn’t have to meet with them once, and somehow everything was handled smoothly! Even overnighted me some documents I needed to sign so I wouldn't have to drive. Costs were also very reasonable, they actually had my best financial interests at heart and in the end I was very satisfied with the results -- my case just closed this week! Lalit & Kiran are brilliant lawyers who work under high integrity values, both reasons why I was recommended to them and why I ended up choosing them. I highly recommend them, regardless of whether you have experience with legal issues or not.

My husband suffered from a personal injury while overseas. Due to jurisdiction, almost all local legal firms/lawyers near our home base would not take our case (we live in the NYC area) which would require working with the other lawyers overseas and possibly taking the trial to court in the country where my husband was injured. However, Mr. Kundani of Kundani & Chang LLP cared for my husband's experience and took our challenging case. Throughout the case, he showed great leadership and pride where my husband and I clearly felt a sense of high-level trust and confidence in his work. Mr. Kundani worked hard to ensure we would receive a fair settlement and kept us in the loop with every step or decision. There were times during the case that Mr. Kundani thought we were at a loss. Yet, his perseverance and integrity led to a successful outcome. It is hard to find a lawyer that you can trust or that you fear will rip you off in legal fees, but Kundani & Chang LLP is just the opposite. They were honest, professional, detailed, and organized. Mr. Kundani exceeded our expectations and there is no doubt that we would turn to him when we need to take legal action again.

I cannot say enough great things about the Kundani & Chang law firm. For my case, they first thoroughly and clearly explained to me each step of the process, what information they will need from me and why, and how the opposing party might respond. They also set realistic expectations. They were very detailed, and I found them to be very honest and straightforward. Regardless of the outcome I would have said these exact words. We kept putting off getting our estate plan done after our kids were born. we knew we had to get it done but just seemed like such a process. We found Lalit through a seminar at our son's school and were very impressed by his thoroughness and approachability. He broke down the key areas to focus on for an estate plan and described how his firm helps to make sure you keep up to date on it, something I had not thought about it. We followed up with him a few weeks later in his office and started working on our paperwork. We were initially scared and thought it would be very overwhelming but he really simplified the whole thing, after our initial inventory worksheet he basically took care of the rest! Lalit always answered our questions and was easy to get a hold of on phone/email. Some of the other parents at the school had similar positive experience with him, I have already recommended my sister to him and will be telling my other friends as well.

Unfortunately, my husband went through a horrible divorced with this attorney. Kris did not fight for anything. This divorce took over 3 years and was EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE regarding legal fees. My husband wound up paying 100 % of the marital debt, received NO holidays with his children and was forced into bankruptcy. Despite proving Kris with all the information necessary to fight this case, he never used any of it and he got no where with any of the opposing attorneys or the judge. Worse - the court date before FiNALLY going to trial, there was a judge medication with all parties with a judge trying to mediate. This is where this incompetent attorney "settled" by having my husband assume 100% of all debt and he did not bring up the fact the fact that the custody was unfair in today custom. Who doesn't get at least every other holiday and assumes 100% of debt?? He settled "because I wanted her to sign", meaning my husbands ex wife. At that court date he failed to mention this was a settlement, and my husband didn't realize that it was not progressing to a trial. My husband was your average run of the mill guy, nothing shady about him, in other words, this was the common man. Hence, a regular guy, but unfortunately this incompetent attorney just did a horrible job and I will always regret that we didn't move on to some one else who had the skills to deal with a divorce.
