I met with Laurel about getting a divorce. The first question she asked me was whether or not I had tried counseling with my husband. I thought it was weird but as I continued to work with her I realized it was a for moral question to ask and respected her so much more because of it. I still proceeded forward with my divorce and without Laurel I don't know what I would have done. Her staff was always there and very helpful and she fought hard for me. I can say I'm extremely happy with the results and how the divorce proceedings ended.

Laurel P Gartman and her team were excellent. Through out my divorce there were many issues but the professionalism of this office as well as Laurel's knowledge of the law made this bad situation bearable. I would highly recommend Laurel Peniche Gartman and her team to any one facing a divorce especially if children are involved. She is amazing.

No marriage ending in divorce is "great" for either party; how you feel at the end of such a traumatic ordeal is what's important. I would have never guessed what I was about to face, and glad I had Laurel on my side of the litigious ring. While the reams of paperwork we had to produce continued to grow as the result of a vindictive spouse, she kept her cool, analytically reviewed the situation and helped bring a ludicrous demand to a very fair settlement for both sides; agreed or not by the other party. At the end, rather broke, I walked away very pleased with her outcome. You'll always make more money, but your disposition from the experience is what will carry you through, or scar you! With her help, that scar was minimal and glad to say fades more each day...

I highly recommend Attorney Gartman especially in Very Contentious Child Custody Cases. Attorney Gartman knows the Family Law Court very well, and she knows how to work the System. Over my 18 years of Child Custody Battles, I dealt with Many Lawyers, and the big Difference from Attorney Gartman and the Other Lawyers is that Attorney Gartman actually goes to the Court and Litigates, which most of the other Lawyers never do. Attorney Gartman helped me End an 18 Year Custody Fight, and removed a Very Evil Corrupt Child Psychologist from my Case, which my Ex had been manipulating for years to try and Get Me on Any False Allegation that could be fabricated.

I have known Laurel Peniche Gartman for over 9 years. Although going through divorce is extremely difficult and life altering, I always felt safe, comfortable, and truly believe Laurel always had my best interest in mind. She is compassionate, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. There are many attorneys out there but not all of them work as diligently and ethically as Laurel Peniche Gartman and her team.
