I came to the KCKW law firm seeking help with my estate planning. I met with Lalit and Adam in their Anaheim office on a Saturday. Lalit and Adam invited me to their conference room and outlined the various types of estate planning that suited my needs. They took an extremely complex area of the law and broke it down to terms that any lay person would understand. They were extremely knowledgeable on the topic of taxes and estate planning. What's more impressive is that Lalit and Adam listened to my concerns and took their time in addressing all my questions. When I left their office that day, I knew I was in good hands with them as my estate planning lawyers. Over the next few weeks, Lalit, Adam and his team of professionals methodically guided me through a legal maze to get my estate planning completed. I cannot say enough good thing about this law firm. We worked with Kiran to update and fix my parents trust. It went very well. Shortly after, my father passed away and Kiran did a fantastic job of working with us to make me a trustee and ensure that all assets were properly transferred by working directly with the city and financial institutions. This made things so much easier at a difficult time. I also like that she provided us with paper and electronic copies of everything we needed to address ad hoc requests here and there and she's always available to answer questions and does so very promptly. I cannot recommend anyone better!

I am so Thankful to Kiran Sohal for handling my parents' estate planning. I have worked in the healthcare field my whole life and don't know anything about law or legal jargon. In healthcare we use compassion and understanding and as an outsider I used to view the field of law as "cold" and "cutthroat". ... He can pretty much speak to any problem you have right on the spot and having access to his knowledge is lifesaver.
