My personal experience for which I needed services from Mr. Vince W. Davis were very unique and complex. Back in 2014 I was experiencing a horrible nightmare of an individual impersonating to be a “social worker” and that I had two options. First option was to hand my kids over to the police or two to give my children to their father. I did what I thought was the most reasonable thing to do thinking, this must be a mistake that surely would be resolved quickly since the basis / supposed allegations were absolutely untrue. I called their father and was “allowed” to take the kids to him. This “process” went on for about 5 months. Per the “social workers” request I stopped child support, took parenting classes, anger management classes, transferred my sons SSI to father, I did all and anything that was asked of me and then some from this “social worker.” Long story short I could no longer wrap my head around this social worker not meeting me, giving me excuses and at that the original paperwork that father had for me to sign for him all benefited my children’s father. It would leave him with sole physical and legal custody with everything basically to his saying. Finally in complete desperation i reached out to others and found out it was ALL fake! Was informed CPS did NOT have any employee by that name and there was no case on me or for my kids. As traumatic as this whole experience was for my children, myself and those dear to me was it was rectified by Mr. Vincent W. Davis and the full support of his firm! Mr. Davis heard me out over the phone dropped what he was doing and met me on a Sunday afternoon, immediately filed an emergency ex-partay. We went to court and walked out with full physical custody, sole legal custody, supervised visitations, visitations at fathers expense, permission to record phone calls and permission to terminate the calls if need be ( which I’ve only had to do maybe twice). Don’t get me wrong this process has been most wearing on the soul. To this day Mr. Davis and his firm have been protective of my children first and foremost and have never left my side. Things haven’t been easy but Mr. Davis and his firm have most certainly NEVER not once left our side. I am and will forever be thankful to their professionalism, sensitivity in the handling of the case and showed me that there are in fact lawyers out there that are truly invested in justice and putting children first. Justice does prevail never give up.

11/20/2018 5 stars for sure. I needed an estate plan made for a dying loved one the same day I called. John Morris cleared his calendar and came to my aid. He showed up quickly and proceeded to guide us through the process thoroughly. His compassion for my loved one's deteriorating health was obvious. He left and brought back all the completed forms and his wife Shinju did all the Notary duties right there at the hospital. Amazing!! Thank you Team Morris, including Lisa! If you are looking for an immigration lawyer you won't need to look further. We are based in NYC and while they are based in CA we did not hesitate in hiring them based in good referrals. We are glad we made that decision since it has been a pleasure working with them, their performance has been outstanding and never failed to deliver. They are worth every penny. Special thanks to Paula, she has been really efficient and knows how to get the job done properly, with a friendly and professional attitude all the way.

My company had a very serious patent lawsuit. At the beginning, we hired a big law firm to help us. But their attorney wrote an agreement and let us to sign. My boss call that is "unfair agreement". Because of we will lose whole market for our products in US after we sign the agreement. Later we asked Mr. Zheng to help us. Mr. Zheng just used very short time to help us to close this case with a big win!!! Highly recommend Mr. Zheng and Paula. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.
