I had a good experience with Roland Kedikian. This was my second time retaining his services. He is always very thorough in his explanations and made sure that I understood all the processes involved. He communicated with me often and kept me updated on details related to my case. I would definitely utilize and recommend his services.

Tim is a wonderfful lawyer, located in Arcadia, whom I've had the pleasure of knowing a few years. He helped take care of settling my mother's estate, and did my living trust. He's professional, friendly and sincere. I'd recommend him without hesitation

Mr.Abell represented me at a hearing for Social Security Disability Benefits. Prior to the hearing I was "permitted" one, and ONLY one 15 minute conversation with Mr.Abell. He flat out told me that he would not be available for future conversations until the day of the hearing. I did have a couple of important things to ask after our solo conversation, but was told by his office that Mr.Abell was "a little tied up". I did leave my call back number but he did not return my calls.
Mr.Abell told me to arrive 30 minutes prior to the hearing; which I did. He did not arrive until 8 minutes prior to the hearing and when he did, he brought me into a room with a table and chairs. He then gave me two forms to sign and another longer form to complete to list out all of my medications. As I completed the forms, Mr.Abell sat across from me and occupied himself clicking away on his personal computer and mobile device the entire time. Then a woman came into the room and we were very hastily ushered out of the small room and into a hearing room.
Given Mr.Abell's preoccupation with his computer and phone, I never had a chance to talk with Mr.Abell. I was bewildered at Mr.Abell’s indifference to my presence. Once we were sworn in, things got off to a negative start. The Judge asked Mr.Abell for some kind of record and/or document. I don’t know what, specifically, The Judge was requesting. Mr.Abell stated it had been delivered that (same) morning. The Judge informed him that this was “unacceptable” and it would not be admitted into evidence (or something like that). The Judge was really displeased. Following the conclusion of the hearing, I had anticipated having a conversation with Mr.Abell, but he did not afford more than a polite “good-bye” on is a hallway and he turned and promptly left the building via an exterior door. I was dizzied, stunned and dumbfounded, to say the least. I felt trivialized and very confused. I believe that ‘people skills’ are required in a situation like mine and that Mr.Abell was thoroughly indifferent to me or of my concerns.

My family and i had a horrible landlord that tried to kick us out after we complained that the condo was not habitable due to demolition and repair to a section of it caused from a busted pipe in the wall (not caused by us). We have three small children, one of them a 2 month old. We were referred to Sina who right away made an appointment for us to see him. We were welcomed by friendly staff and Sina himself came out to the lobby to greet us. After discussing what happened, he gave us options, walked us through steps of what we could do and what he himself can do for us. We decided to have him write a letter to our landlord (which was very effective) stating he broke multiple laws, we can start a suit against him and that he needs to return our full security deposit, etc. It worked great, and Sina kept in touch with us through the process. Would recommend Sina all day every day.

Mark did a complete estate plan for us, he was very business like and professional. The trust documents and the binder that he gave us looked great. He sat down with us and explained everything that we had questions about so that we could easily understand it. We would engage his services again and are going to refer him to some of our friends.

Mark is a great guy to work with. He always has a positive attitude and has attention to detail second to none. He is results driven and very organized. He is professional and passionate about his work, but above all, he truly cares about the people he represents and is unwaveringly honest. I highly recommend Mark.

Mark walked me through getting my estate in order. I knew that I needed to prepare a Trust and Will as well as other documents. I had put it off for nearly 3 years from when I first learned of how it would protect my hard earned assets and reduce the amount of legal hurdles and high costs associated with probate court in the event of my passing. Mark was extremely thorough and tailored the documents to my specific needs. This is something that I no longer have to get around to. It's done and now I have a bit more peace of mind. What's also nice is that Mark is easy to get it touch with and will be there if I ever need to make modifications to these documents as my needs change. Mark, thank you for being an individual with upstanding character and solid expertise.

My husband (65) and I (60) hired Mark Abell to set up a Legal Will and Living Trust for us. Neither of us has a legal background and we wanted to find an attorney with integrity who specialized in wills and trusts to handle our life's assets.
We wanted our assets to go to our family and not the IRS and the State of California. We also wanted to have peace of mind that all affairs were handled at this stage of our lives.
Mark was articulate, knowledgeable, competent, candid, and attentive to all of our details. He was also very thorough as he educated us about what would happen when one of us died and what our options were:
**What the Probate Process was if we didn't have a Will and Trust in place
**Joint Tenencay Property
**Life Insurance
**Bank Accounts
**Retirement Plans
**Stock Market Investments
**Medical Power of Attorney
**Legal Power of Attorney
**Real Property
**Personal Property
**Selecting Beneficiaries and the rights of Heirs straight up and down the line
He came to our house, prepared all of our documents and then, brought them back to us, ready to sign. Page by page, he patiently reviewed the choices we had made one more time and answered any more questions we had. He carefully flagged the necessary pages with "sign here" stickers and instructed us on how to have the document notarized and how to transfer the Real Estate into a Living Trust.
UPDATE: My husband recently died and the peace of mind I had knowing that our legal details were handled was priceless. I focused on my husband and not the fear or anxiety of trying to arrange Medical of Legal Power of Attorney at the last minute.
I also called Mark Abell to update the Will and Living Trust. He is my attorney of choice.
