he was suppose to help us against the son of our landlord, because he was Harressing us, and after Anthony Spata son of our landlord went to talk with him, he didn't want to help us anymore!

Mr. Mohajer was referred to us by a friend whom she had previously hired him to represent them in a landlord-tenant problems. A few months later, we are now facing landlord-tenant problems of our own. I immediately asked her for a referral of her lawyer as I know she did her due diligence before hiring any lawyer off the street for her issues. Mr. Mohajer contacted us the next day via a phone conference and explained very clearly and explicitly what the law says and how it is interpreted objectively. Interpretation of the law to a lay person can be very subjective and we are not well versed. We explained our facts and he pointed out that things that would be in our favor if we had to go to trial. Under the law the rental contract we have in place is solid and explicit. He was extremely patience, knowledgeable and offered a few suggestion on how to proceed with our problem. I would hire him without a doubt to represent us if the need arises.
