He completely lied, and did not do what we agreed on. Instead of rectifying the situation, he told me that I misunderstood. Why would I need his help to collect information I already had and shared with him in during our consultation call? I definitely would think twice before entrusting him and giving him your money. My response to your comment: Again you continue to twist the information to benefit you and your team. In reality, you collected information that I already had. So, you are correct, that is not what I hired you for. However, that is the “work” you did. I would say a negotiation is a far stretch, because you listened to the same information I received from the same office and reiterated it back to me. Telling me the current state and federal laws, is not considered a negotiation. Paying for a “job” (calling an office to get the same info that anyone else has access to) that I had already done on my own, is money lost; I don’t care how little that amount is in your eyes.
