I just want to say that after calling several Law Firms I’m very please to say that I couldn’t be more happier choosing Sina Mohajer as my representation for my child custody. It’s hard to determine over the phone how your experience will be and it’s not easy having to do these things especially because of the financial and emotional burden it could put on you, but I’m thankful that I chose this firm. Roland worked on my Chapter 7 bankruptcy case for approximately four months. When I first met Roland, I knew very little about the process of declaring bankruptcy, as this was my time doing so. However, during our visit he was extremely professional and answered everything question I had to ask. Additionally, while other attorneys expected me to pay all the fees at once, Roland, was very understanding in allowing me to make two payments, which at that time was very helpful. While working on my petition I forgot to mention that my mother had me as a beneficiary in one of her bank accounts, which eventually led to her having her funds frozen. I became beyond anxious and overwhelmed as I felt I had put my mother’s money at risk. Nonetheless, Roland reassured me that everything was going to be fine as I was entitled to keeping a certain amount of money without it becoming property of the bankruptcy estate. During my court appearance, Roland was there on time and guided me through the entire meeting with the trustee. The trustee asked me to verify all the information on my petition and sure enough, she then told me that my mother’s funds would be released within the next two business days. I was so relieved and eventually my case was discharged about a month after. I would definitely recommend Roland to everyone who is looking for a well-educated, prepared and professional attorney.
