In 2010 my husband and I had the blessing to work with John Buda for my Green Card process. After a bad experience with someone that was going to help us and ended up tricking us, friends from Johnson City recommended John. Since day one we spoke on the phone, he was understanding, willing, thorough and helpfull in every way. Eventhough we never really met in person, John was always there to answer our concerns and really knew what he was doing. The process went great! Documents were sent to us in prestine order and clear. Everything was as smooth as possible to the point that they didnt even seperate us for our marriage interview! I had some issues with a filing for multiple years and John submitted a filing, he did some footwork by going downtown to submit the form, and spoke to immigration personnel on my behalf. John Buda Esq, is a first rate immigration lawyer, I went to Mr.Buda in Dec of 2011 requesting he process a K1 fiance visa from Thailand. He said it would probably take 6 to 10 months. We received the final Visa on August 15th 2012, 8 months. Mr.Buda knew exactly what documents were needed and he filed them in a timely and accurate fashion.
