My wife and I had been to about 4 other law groups before we went to see John. And needless to say he was the last. Simply put, John was the most informative, the most thorough, and he was also less $$ than the previous 4 we had talked to. It was very refreshing and nice because we did not have that much extra money to spend. We walked out of the office after our first visit beaming. He shoots you straight. And he also made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. Where as a few others that we had talked to did not. And that really went a long way. I was at ease for an extra 2 1/2 months of my life, thanks to him. HA! I don't know why, but others seemed to have less info or just something was missing. It feels like your talking to a relative when you are talking with him. He is very nice and courteous. And the entire process was expedited as much as possible. From beginning to end, very pleasant and easy to work with. I would say don't bother looking around much, he is great!

My husband and I went to John Buda for the green card application process; John prepared all our documents extremely quick without any issues. Our interview date was set for 2 and a half months after we had sent the documents in. Everything has gone perfectly thanks to John. He is extremely efficient and knowledgeable and would strongly recommend him. The process was intimidating for us and we had met with a few other lawyers earlier however none of them made us feel as comfortable as John did (he kept checking in with us throughout the process). We have already recommended him to other friends and would continue to do so in the future.

I had some issues with a filing for multiple years and John submitted a filing, he did some footwork by going downtown to submit the form, and spoke to immigration personnel on my behalf. John Buda Esq, is a first rate immigration lawyer, I went to Mr.Buda in Dec of 2011 requesting he process a K1 fiance visa from Thailand. He said it would probably take 6 to 10 months. We received the final Visa on August 15th 2012, 8 months. Mr.Buda knew exactly what documents were needed and he filed them in a timely and accurate fashion.
