The representative that I talked with kept trying to delve into an unrelated issue, trying not to address what I asked. When I asked if she could email me a certain civil code, she snapped I just told you what it was. Very poor service.

The paralegal was very rude. She was constantly interrupting me. She really didn’t want me to talk, she just wanted to explain. She didn’t want me to ask any questions. When I asked for help negotiating with my landlord she said they can’t do that right now because their case load was too heavy, the attorneys and herself didn’t have the time. She went on to say sometimes they will do negotiate with the landlord but she can’t help me.
