My experience with Maurer Law has been awesome! Jordan and his team are thorough, transparent, and they really do take care of you. When I was feeling overwhelmed, Jordan was quick to assure me that things were being appropriately handled. Maurer Law firm is most definitely the way to go! Jordan is a great attorney and helped me through everything after a stressful time trying to figuring out how to get my medical bills paid and keeping me posted along the way. From my first meeting with Jordan Maurer to my great settlement , I found him to not only be professional but compassionate. He not only listened to me , but heard my pain. He was never to busy to hear my feelings. His legal assistant Natalie is an amazing woman who took care of all my paperwork relieving me of the stress and allowing me to vent my issues. His receptionist Joanna with her kind voice, is always a joy . I felt I was in good hands , and i was right.

Had an accident-hit by a a "hit and run"without insurance- luckily we did have uninsured motorist protection on our policy- I incurred some serious back injuries -Insurance company was extremely helpful and settled the car (totalled) and returned our deductible all in 2 weeks after the incident-Family kept saying and telling us that we needed to be represented by someone to prevent future problems,issues and future care- -We submitted to their request and did not have a clue of where to go or exactly how you find someone and what about the medical costs and ambulance charges? We are elderly and have Medicare and a Supplemental and thought we good get care from our insurances--Does not work that way as we were asked each time at our carrier "Are your injuries related to an accident or work related incident???"-that frightened us!! We researched on the WEB all the attorneys and their backgrounds and education-we found Jordan and lo and behold a local person all his life!-we decided to give him a call and have an interview-what an eye opener no sales tactics no promises and he told us that we believe we have a case here and I would like to represent you!-We thought and decided what do we have to lose?-Everything was carefully explained to us and in our lifetimes have never had an attorney involved in our affairs--We were so lucky to retain Jordan and he communicated each step of the way and had Doctors that cared and were sensitive to my situation-a fantastic and positive experience!! Our case was recently settled and after fees and costs we have received more than we could have ever imagined!-Does not cost anything to talk with Jordan about your situation-You will not be disappointed!!

This is a newer business and they need to know that in a small town customer service goes a long way.. the girl that I spoke to on the phone was very unhelpful and needs a few lessons in customer service. Word gets around fast in Auburn, so I advise that they ship up!!

We want to thank Jordan and his firm for all his work on our case. Our accident happened during Thanksgiving 2021 and did not even know where to start putting things back together.
