Zachary Merliss does his job with pride and really works for his clients n gives them the chance to be home with there family and loved ones during these hard times. I my self did not have any hope of getting out for a very long time maybe years, Mr. Merliss came to see me n jail and advised me that we had court in few days n he was going to push for me to go home on ancle monitor. I cried on way back to my cell thinking there's no way I'm going to go home with the charges I am facing. And when we went to court that day n I was told by the judge I was going home with gps I was inshoke right after dinner they told me roll it up. Next day I was at home playing with my grandson . THAT YOU MR MERLISS ONCE AGAIN FOR EVERYHING. It's not over yet but I believe he is doing everything to make sure justice is done. Wish us luck.

Laura Strasser is the attorney you will want to represent you. She handled my divorce case. She and her staff were knowledgeable and professional. Laura was firm when opposing counsel was difficult, yet understanding, patient when things got confusing with opposing party, and " held my hand " when things got emotional. We have been working with David Frank through a 2 year dispute with dangerous, harassing neighbors. Mr Frank has helped us with a settlement to finally give us not only some safety but some peace for our household. Mr Frank helped not only with negotiations with the neighbors but helped us stay sane through all of their bullying, harassing and outright threats at our home. While encounterin verbal staged threats by their opposing counsel, Mr Frank during the whole event was extremely professional and helped us handling the abuse. We highly recommend him if you want a bulldog on your side that is truthful and will fight for you and your rights. His entire staff is also very professional and extremely helpful as well.

I have been in commercial real estate for over 40 years, and I own American Commercial Real Estate. I had occasion to use David Frank recently on a contentious "commissionectomy" in which Buyer and Seller were trying to avoid payment of my commission. Having an attorney is extremely valuable in these cases because it lets both parties know they probably are not going to prevail and should try to work out a solution - which is what ultimately occurred. it's great having an attorney who is responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonable. David Frank is all of those things. He was there at a moment's notice when things were getting crazy, and he responded immediately to reviewing documents. His staff is very gracious and helpful. I would like to share that my experience with Dave Frank has been nothing short of a breath of fresh air in a very long and litigious personal legal battle. Unfortunately, most never plan their life imagining that one day they would have the need for an attorney, and if they do - I don't believe most would be prepared to know what to look for in an attorney. Looking for an attorney that is the right fit in the specialty field concerning your case matter is like online dating. By that I mean that there's hundreds if not thousands of attorneys out there who also talk a good talk, and seem good on paper - but is this the RIGHT FIT FOR YOU??? Due to my own personal legal situation (which isn't for the faint of heart I've had the pleasure of interacting with more attorney's than most will ever need too. During this stint I've come across all kinds of personalities and the overwhelming theme is pretentiousness, intimidation & and the unknow. Dave's office is located in quaint Old Town Auburn, and he's none of this. He's very personable, approachable and down-to-earth. His entire demeanor is one that puts your mind to ease. What I liked right away about Dave was that he cuts to the chase in layman terms. You'll find that many attorneys talk Legal-ease, which is over my head. I just want it broken down in the most basic language so that I understand what's happening. I don't need a bunch of fancy latin legal terms. In addition, Dave is very good about being cost-conscious for his clients and effective. I would definitely recommend Dave and his office staff who have always been so kind and welcoming to me as well. Being in a legal battle is hard enough, so it's comforting to know when you've selected and attorney like Dave Frank who is there to have your back and help you navigate through all the legal obstacles. I hired Barry Zimmerman after I was arrested for something I absolutely did not do. I was very scared as a African American in the Placer county area. Everything I have worked hard for was hanging in the balance. I had a consultation with Barry who put my mind at ease and told me what to expect. He is not the type to hold your hand.
