I hired Barry Zimmerman after I was arrested for something I absolutely did not do. I was very scared as a African American in the Placer county area. Everything I have worked hard for was hanging in the balance. I had a consultation with Barry who put my mind at ease and told me what to expect. He is not the type to hold your hand. He is not going to call or communicate with you unless he has a reason to. No news is good news with Barry. Just let him work. He knows his way around!!! He saved my family and my life. I hired Barry to handle my 88-yr. old father's medical bills after he was struck by an intoxicated driver while walking across the street to get his mail. It was a relief not to worry about dealing with the insurance companies during a very stressful time for our family. I felt like I was in good hands. He always responded quickly to my calls and was sympathetic to our situation. We were pleased he was able to get the maximum benefit from my father's insurance company.

Barry helped me expunge a DUI/Reckless driving from my record in Placer Co. He was extremely professional in court and had all his bases covered. Very professional and great at what he does. I would absolulty reccomend him to anyone. I will add he is a little short on the friendliness, and his communication is limited to just the facts which can be a little intimidating to some. But, Barry is an absolutle professional and being a "people" person isn't necessarly his job. Being a great lawyer is his job and he is very good at it.
