The process of consulting with/hiring a lawyer is not surprisingly an overwhelming experience; I was pleasantly surprised with Dustin's demeanor throughout the process. He was professional but helped me to understand the legal approach (put it into layman's terms for me) and gave me an honest expectation of the outcome.

My family hired Mr. Tardiff to help with a real estate dispute regarding my grandmother's property. Mr. Tardiff offered us several options of ways to proceed, but recommended starting by writing the other homeowners a letter in order to avoid filing a costly lawsuit. We appreciated this approach as it ultimately helped resolve the issue without a lot of stress and headache (and unnecessary expense) for my grandmother. He was knowledgeable, great to work with, and I would definitely recommend him as an attorney.
