I needed a lawyer i could trust. His office never answers the phone. when they do it sounds like they are smacking gum in the phone and never have time to even take a message because i could never talk directly to michael because he had better things to do. (a secretary actually told me that!!) I ended up going to court myself because i couldn't get an appointment for 3 weeks. I would recommend you save yourself the hassle and headache and go with a public defender. Maybe this guy knows what he is doing, but no one will ever know that with how awful his staff treats potential clients.
