He robbed my father of years of his life and hundreds of thousands through his criminal negligence and completely fraudelent business practices. This man will charge you $170+ to tell you nothing happened and will not even speak to you without chargeing half an hours pay! He is disgusting. Paid 20,000 to Kilpatrick still wanting 15,000 for not doing his job I hired him as my attorney but what I got was being pawned off to his paralegal team which by his own words has “mental issues”..excuses after excuses, delays ,continuation and his own health not allowing him to preform and represent me but yet continue to charge me..in the end it took 2 yrs to lose what I work hard for and the finally court hearing still being represented by one of Kilpatrick associate named Lisa who was soft spoken, clueless with no confidence the other party ate her alive … Kilpatrick puts no effort in his clients case and throws them to the wolves along with his associates.. A cowardly pile of ….!!!!!! Negative ⭐️

Posting on behalf of my mother. “If it were possible to give Mr. Kilpatrick 0 stars I would. He took $7500.00 from me 5 YEARS ago for an uncontested divorce and still hasn’t finished it. One court date after another he asks for continuations+delays. Now he is trying to bill me $20,000.00 for a simple divorce that should have been finished within a year. I retained Mr Kilpatrick in 2016, now at the close of 2020 I am utilizing his professional knowledge and expertise once again for custody. Mr Kilpatrick met with my child and was caring and genuine to her. He went into the courtroom with the mindset of what was/is in the best interest of my child. As a parent you want what’s best for your children and better than what we ourselves had. Believing that it’s in my child’s best interest to still have her father in her life because, my child loves her father, Mr Kilpatrick was sympathetic to her needs and wants and that was what was of utmost importance in our particular situation. Being a father of a young child Mr Kilpatrick could relate and was honest and fair to all parties involved. Don’t let his rough exterior full you, he is very caring however he will fight for you and your rights and I wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of that. I appreciate Mr Kilpatrick and his staff for the years of service, their professionalism and most of all caring for myself and my child. After 30 years of working with scores of attorneys, I have seen and witnessed many of them in the courtroom. We hired Michael to handle a high-conflict family law matter based on his reputation as an aggressive advocate. We were not dissapointed! After years of poor representation my wife finally found a litigator that wasn't more focused on being friendly and splitting the baby. Our case was complex and he was extremely prepared and engaged. I first consulted with Mr. Kilpatrick about getting more custody of my child. I had 43% and wasn't happy with new developments in his mother's life. He looked over my case and was honestly told me that it was easy, no need for his services and gave me some advise. He turned me away instead of just taking my money. Once I filed, she responded with a move away order. I again found myself in Mr. Kilpatrick's office, this was a more serious matter and needed a lawyers touch. He and his office were very helpful and quick with getting all paperwork put together and filed. After the courthouse and the other parties attorney postponed we finally ended up in court. We spend well over 3 hours with witnesses and statements and going back and forth... Mr. Kilpatrick just hammered the other party over and over, non stop. They brought something up and he had a perfect counter for it. When Mr.. Kilpatrick was up the other lawyer was reaching for any objections he could to stop him. Mr. Kilpatrick was always confident. What he told me would happen, did. I was able to walk out with full custody. Now I know my son will live in better condition, I have him enrolled in an amazing school and don't have to stress or worry about his well being. I would and have recommended him to anyone looking for a family law lawyer.

He's a great person an goes all the way an is there to fight for you until he wins he's there for you when it comes to you he's the best attorney I've heard of an now after hiring him an seeing him fight for me now I can honestly say he's a great attorney an will honestly fight anyone because he is there to fight for you no one else if you want to win hire him

A stand up honest lawyer who cares about his clients. He steps into the court room and is a shark. While at court in the waiting area I've had strangers come up to me after they see me speaking to my lawyer and say "Damm that's your lawyer! I wish I would have hired him instead he's bad ass" and I agree he is bad ass

Mr. Kilpatrick has represented me since 2012 and has always followed through on what he said he would be able to do for me.
