Whitten is a great lawyer . Would hire again if needed . He was fast and efficient during my case and I got to go home to my beautiful children.

Mr. Lidgett is a unbelievably wonderful attorney. I still can't believe what he done for me. It's really unbelievable! No other attorney would have cared or tried as much as Mr. Lidgett did. He always gave me hope, when in reality in a case like mine there was no hope. For 2 an a half years, Mr. Lidgett would always tell me there's a small chance we could win. I always thought he was just trying to cheer me up, (sweet guy). But when I seen him in action during trial, he preformed amazingly! Sometimes During my Trial, I would think he's stressing more then me, he would look exhausted; Its almost as if he was looking at the time instead of his client (poor guy).... He's very Frank with his clients, he never lies to them. He try's outstandingly HARD, he does not give up. During my 2 month long trial (which was in outstandingly long trial), Mr. Lidgett and he's secretaries (Todd and Joey) would Be working on my case till 3 am! These guys would do it because they actually cared! They worked so hard, staying up late countless times. And there hard work paid off, they gave me a second chance at LIFE. It was such a hopeless case, But these guys made the unbelievable happen. Even if I would have lost my trial, I would not regret hiring Mr. Lidgett, he fights very hard, and he fights even harder on a appeal. He started as my attorney, and we ended being Friends.

I was in a hopeless situation, until I got Jesse Whitten as my lawyer. He was the only thing between me and serious time. I was facing a major sentence meaning several years of incarceration. MY BAIL WAS ONE MILLION DOLLARS! I was arrested and charged for possession of a large quantity of MARIJUANA in a U-HAUL. He took my case for a very reasonable price. So I'm sitting here today thankful on this computer just 3 months after being locked up in Lerdo County Jail. I honestly am very great full for what Jesse Whitten has done for me. I called Mr.Whitten after finding his name in a Bakersfield phone book.I had a case that was 20 years old that I was having trouble dealing with Kern County courts myself. Kern had repeatedly told me I would have to appear in person and as I live in Arizona currently time and distance prevented that. Jesse and his firm filed motions with the court and appeared in my behalf, got the warrant quashed and the felony expunged without ever having to appear myself. The whole process took a couple of months, but as the case was 20 years old time was not really an issue. I can now carry on with my life with no criminal record. The fee they charged was quite reasonable and far less than I expected to pay. They did an outstanding job for me.

My boyfriend has gotten in trouble a few times, and after having some bad experiences with other attorneys, we finally found Campbell Whitten. Their honest, they work hard, they actually care about their clients, and they also happen to be great criminal defense attorneys. Based on the quality of representation you get, you would think they would be more expensive than other attorneys, but surprisingly their rates were actually better than most of the other lawyers we talked to. I would never consider going with anyone else! My only complaint is that they only do criminal law. I wish I could find attorneys like this for other stuff.

If you’re looking for a really great criminal defense lawyer, you need to call Campbell Whitten. Trust me on this one, these guys are the best. I was facing felony charges and the DA made me an offer of 2 years in prison and offered my co-defendant 16 months in prison. my co-defendant took the 16 months and the lawyer I had basically told me I was an idiot if I didnt take the 2 years. I almost took his advice but a friend told me I should call Campbell Whitten first, and man am I glad I did. I went in and talked to Jesse Whitten, and right away he told me that he thought I had a good defense. I didn’t know whether to believe him or not, but decided to give them a chance. Jesse went in, argued my case, and negotiated a deal for 7 days in jail instead of 2 years in prison! He told me he could probable get the case dismissed altogether if I wanted to fight it, but I decided I was happy with the offer of 7 days in jail. I have had a few minor legal problems since, and their whole firm has always been super helpful. I know there busy but they always find a way to make time for me, all three lawyers at the firm (Jesse, Clayton, and Sam) not only known what they were doing, but have gone out of their way to help me. If you ever have problems with the law, there is no one better to have on your side.
