Don and his team were professional and considerate of my situation and the resulting injuries both physical and mental. Jackie is the best. His team is thorough when it comes to collecting information to present to the insurance company. I wish I had started with Don initially rather than dealing with the insurance company myself. There were a couple drawbacks but one I attribute in some part to COVID-19: it has taken a really long time. I retained Don in November 2019 and he is still advocating for my settlement to resolve the medical bills (2021). I was going to wait to give a review after my case was completed but I don’t know when that will be. My advice is that if you are not willing to be patient, this is not the law firm for you. Another thing I found they do not call and give updates; you have to call them first. They are responsive and return calls quickly. Overall, I recommend them without hesitation.

First of all, I would like to thank John Underwood for doing the best he could to make sure to resolve the case without having me getting stressed at all. I have consulted with another lawyer before but I have to say that hands down John Underwood really does take care of his clients. He made sure that no matter how difficult a case may be, HE WILL MAKE SURE THAT THE CLIENT GETS THE SOLUTION THAT HE OR SHE DESERVES!!! Well my husband got a DUI on October 2020, when we was a the court the judge order another court date but she tell my husband look for a lawyer so I call 3 offices here in Bakersfield and 2 in LA but they didn't answered because was Saturday, so, I look again in google and I decide to call Koenig Law Office was my last option I was looking for Spanish speaker lawyers but nothing, so when I call Koenig office he answer me, I was very nervous but he been very patient with me and 3 seconds later I was explaining everything like if was talking with my friend we are on the process but he is the best person in Bakersfield to help you with your cases, he always answer my calls, text even if is late or weekends, he always respond my questions, he help us a lot, I'm so happy to contact him!!! I still receive calls from the others offices like 6 months later I can't believe, those cases can't wait, but Koenig Office is the best!!!! He's very responsible, He's always on time, he's very responsive, he's the best!! (Our case is on Kings County ) he's young but with a lot experience!!!!

After reading tons of reviews of several attorneys and also hearing how Bo fights for his clients, I decided Bo was the attorney for me. I contacted him on a Saturday and he returned my call the same day. He listened to me for almost an hour explaining to him what had transpired and how I thought I might need to obtain an attorney. He wasn't pushy, and very honest with what he felt could possibly happen and what he could do to represent me if I decided to obtain him. Without hesitation I knew I wanted Bo to represent me. He always communicated with me regarding my case and he always responded to my texts, and phone calls. I was up against someone who had everyone convinced of their own version instead of the truth, so I was living a horrible nightmare. I didn't know what to expect in court but Bo's confidence put me at ease. My charges were dismissed and Bo submitted the paperwork for "sealed and destroyed", I can now put this all behind me and move happily forward with my life. I owe this all to Bo, without him the outcome could have been the complete opposite. And thanks to God, because my faith grew so much stronger after this incident.

When I got into my DUI/Accident I had no idea what to expect. Mr. Koenig guided me through the whole process and explained to me my best course of action.
