“I finally found a great law firm that specializes in Trials.” I’m a retired U.S. Navy SEAL, living in San Diego, CA. While visiting my family back East for Christmas, I was in a severe car accident. I was stopped at a red light when a fully loaded 18 wheeler rear-ended me at 55+  miles an hour. Even though San Diego is the second largest city in California,  I could not find a trial lawyer to represent me, with the standards that I expect from a law firm. I knew there would be a good chance of my case going to trial.  I knew if I had a good law firm that specialized in trial cases, the other side would think twice before going to trial. Friends and family help me look for a lawyer in California that specializes in trial. A  friend found Rodriguez & Associates in Bakersfield, California over four hours north of San Diego. After researching and talking with them over the phone. I knew this was the firm I wanted to represent me.  Although we never met in person, we were able to  build our case remotely . Question I have been misdiagnosed by hospital very well known. In 2018 turns out I had a tumor and dr never told me now 2023 they make the discovery according to them by “mistake”. The tumor non cancerous but still it grew I’m on treatments tht have made my hair loss, stiffness of legs and arms I lose movement at time. I get severe headache don’t go away lost of vision and while on the meds studder at time worst is I fall at sleep fast can be taking or standing and puff knock out I don’t drive to prevent any car accident cuz I could fall at sleep on the wheel. Dr have so much delayed my treatment I am so mad they never told me sooner I could have done all this treatment long ago when it was not as grown . Now they postpone my Sdi while on this treatment everyone in my family tells me to lawsuit for the misdiagnosed and delay in treatment? Do they take these type of cases ? Anyone
