The lawyers won't help me with my case

Consult w one attorney who 'worked us in' his schedule, vacillated on yes could help, no could not; but the low rating is for assuring us a callback in four days, 2 wks later FINALLY heard back, with no referral as previously committed if unable to help.....hmmmmm. Not what one expects from such an esteemed company.

Chain Law has helped me through one of the worst accidents that I've ever had to deal with. I got hit by a drunk driver while getting out of my car, shattered part of my pelvis and right arm. I knew I would have to hire a lawyer and take this guy to court, the hospital bills alone were terrifying. I was in a car accident caused by a towing company's van running a red light and I hit it. I thought my injuries were minor. Well it turned out that after a year of physical therapy I needed shoulder surgery. I was scared and concerned for my future. I decided to seek legal advice. I had never needed a lawyer before and Mr. Cohn was highly recommended. His assistant was able to schedule me right away. I brought all the information requested. Mr. Cohn was extremely professional and trustworthy. After reviewing all the details with him I was confident that he would do all he could to help me do the right thing. I wasn't looking to make a million dollars, I just wanted things to be fair. He advised me on how to proceed and which doctors he recommended. I had heard great things about the doctors and agreed to a consultation. Mr. Cohn was great in following up with me and the doctors. I had to do a deposition something I had never done. He and his staff prepared me for this by having me watch a video and then we went over the details of what to expect. This gave me peace of mind. During the deposition Mr. Cohn helped me to stay focused and stepped in when the other attorney was getting out of line. He was honest with me and when I got too wordy he reminded me to stay focused and just answer the questions. He always looked out for my best interest and I knew it - I mean I really knew it. I completely trusted him. Lucky for us we didn't have to go to a jury trial. We went to court where we went back and forth with the other attorney and came to an agreement that we were all happy with. Mr Cohn was a great fighter for me and I really appreciated that. He has a great and supportive staff as well. I'm hoping I never have to go through anything like this again but if I ever need legal assistance in the future I will definitely ask him for help.
