Chain Cohn Clark have amazing people at this firm (Matt and Tanya and staff), who just put their heart and souls into the tragedy that occurred regarding our son Ryan. They went above and beyond their normal jobs to make sure we were in the know about everything, asking questions, putting our needs and concerns at the forefront and never pushed us in anyway. They truly had Ryan’s and our best interest at heart always. Their personal experiences with individuals with disabilities and combined with the tragic details of our case was reassuring because they didn’t look at Ryan’s case as a paycheck they looked at it as a mission to prevent these tragedies from happening to others. They were personally moved and empathic to what happened to Ryan. We love Matt and Tanya. Not only were they our attorneys but now they are our friends for life. I would recommend this law firm. They are professional and helped me get the most I could from my injury settlement. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars, is simply due to the gaps in communication. There were times were I wouldn't hear anything for months, and nothing is more stressful than being in the dark while they work things out behind the scenes. Majority of the time, a lot of that was waiting for the courts or the insurance company lawyers to reply and schedule things, and of course the neither do anything in a reasonable time frame, so it's not entirely this law firms fault. However, a simple email or call letting me know we are waiting for a response, or something would help a lot. Overall, if I ever had a situation that I needed a lawyer, I will contact them 1st.

Excellent communication, friendly very good experience even under the worst of conditions. Not a high pressure or aggressive with there clients.
