Selma referred me to this law firm for my case and even though they were not able to assist, they referred me to someone that could. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and kind throughout the process.

DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM IF YOU WANT TO WIN AN SSI CASE. Two years ago I attained the services of this firm on a no-win no-charge basis. I submitted all info required (by my agent cause he sure didnt act like an attorney) months prior to my hearing and during the hearing mr. BENJAMIN P. FELD(my agent) had the audacity to tell the court that his client (me) had just submitted evidence a couple days ago which was the same paper-work I personally turned-in months prior to my hearing. The judge did not allow my evidence into court and in my evidence I have reports from USC deeming me disabled permanently. I think mr. Benzy knew what he was doing and chose not to help me. His female assistant, whom had done nothing for me was again of no use. After the news that my decision was unfavorable, mr. Benja had the audacity to ask me for money to continue to the federal level yet I think that was his plan all along: to get money out of me and collect when he wins. If you're looking for an attorney who is going to help, listen, and advocate your case for you: well gitterman and gittermansss is not it... go anywhere else but here. Iam still on my case currently working with another firm no thank to this firm, very, very, yes very very wack & disappointed in all ways of your representation!!!!!... (Update 09-15-2021) in response to their reply. I will post my denial letter if need be to show that my case was denied not cause of lack of evedince but because this entire firm did nothing to keep my case updated with the courts. Why would you (mr.BENJAMIN) state to the court that I turned in my paper work days before my hearing when all along my paper work was in your office months before my hearing???? I wasn't contacted for any reason by your office & I know I turned in my Full Function Capacity Report signed permanently disabled, sealed n delivered months pryor, along with any other paper work in a timely fashion. This firm just lacked the power to process my paperwork thinking they could stretch me for money- mr.Bemjanim was basically prepared in my court hearing with no evedince- how could I win!!!! If you guys reply to me with some help-me-non-sense, I'm going to post my denial letter to show that I was denied due to 'medical evidence being submitted late' not cause of issufient evedince. My medical condition isn't going away & I will get my disability!!no thanks to you guys. This post is intended to help people stop retaining firms like Gitteman& them who do nothing, won't even call to check on you. I'm hopefully helping others make a wiser choice... when I needed help you guys G,G,+F weren't their!!!! ...hold this L!!!!!!!

If I could give more starts I would. This was my second go around with finally a great attorney. They are awesome. Nancy was amazing, always caring and on point. Jill did an amazing job! Win or loose they made this experience livable. Before it just seemed like I was doing everything myself, and then I called and got a great staff, excellent lawyers, everyone was so great. They put my fears and stress behind me, Thank you so much just for being there, being a great team, and knowledgeable staff. Thank you Thank you

They tell you you dont pay unless you win ...waste your time with consultation then give you a contract that has smuggled in making you agree to agree to pay all the fees even if you loose this is in cost and expenses paragragh in contract...i agree to pay wether i win or loose ....UPDATE! Benjamin and i spoke and this was a miscommunication . The contract i was sent was an old contract and this was resolved so fast my post hadnt sat a day. Im glad to say im now a client of this firm.
