All my paperwork were done all ready. All I needed Thompson was to be their and speak on my behalf. The worst lawyer!! He never showed up in court keeps on asking for continuous. The only paperwork he and his paralegal Adriana Duenez did was copy some of my old court paperwork that was filed and still managed to screw that up. Adriana can’t spell. There’s autocorrect spelling how can you mess that up? Thompson is quick to promise results but never delivers. The only quick thing he ever did was to take my payments. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER HE IS A JOKE SO IS ADRIANA DUENEZ. The only 5 stars he gets is from his employees.

We used Mr. Thompson for a child custody case. In my opinion, he was very unorganized and just wasn't the aggressive lawyer we thought he would be. In fact, we got further with my fiancé representing himself, we lost time after hiring Mr. Thompson. He never told us when he wasn't going to be present in court, which happened on multiple occasions. He didn't always have his paperwork prepared or readily available. In fact, one time he said he didn't have the necessary paperwork that the judge asked for even though we had turned it into his office via email and in person. This resulted in us being served with a sanction to pay the other parties attorney fees, luckily he ended up taking care of that since it was his fault. If you're looking for an aggressive lawyer who will fight for you and is organized, keep looking.

I have retained Mr. Thompson several times over the years for different cases involving criminal and family law matters, both times the work was excellent. Thank you.

I hired Mr. Thompson November 2019 to help with fighting a DVRO that was filed without my knowledge. This RO was so that my ex could pack up our house with all my things I had before him, and our 4 yo daughter and move to Visalia. This was June 25 2019. To this day, Mr. Thompson still has not been able to process a simple DVRO against my ex. This last time in court, I was made a fool. He didn't show, not only that, but he led me to believe my ex had been served, and that a prior mediation appt had been cancelled. The truth was, my ex still hasn't been served, and I missed a mediation appt because he told me it was cancelled. I would've been so much better off on my own, instead, essentially I paid him to make my case even worse. Speaking of restraining orders, I'm already done filling it out, now I just send it in and wait for it to be signed. Then serve him. Boom. Done. He is worthless. Not sure how he can even practice law. But he needs to stop being a villain like the ones he is advocating he is against. Do not hire him. You will regret it.

I don't regret hiring Mr. Thompson for my case. His service is invaluable in a time when the likelihood of getting a favorable resolution to my case was almost impossible. He is very straightforward and sorted out things in just a few meetings. This guy is trustworthy and worth your money. His staff are great and organized too. They always informed me of everything regarding my case. Will surely hire him again.

DO NOT HIRE! I hired this guy over a month ago. It’s been well over a month after I signed papers that should of been turned into the courthouse so I could serve the other party. The courthouse still has not received it and it’s been 6weeks and a few days since I signed the finalized papers. I called the court and asked several times. After many ignored phone calls to this guys office I finally wrote a bad review on yelp(where there are many bad reviews) saying I had to report him to the bar, guess who got a phone call back that day. I am now attempting to get my money back and they are telling me they’re going to bill me for the work that was done, which I’m not really sure what work that was, consultation was free and there was a paper typed up that was never turned in. Either way I’m going to the bar association. DO NOT HIRE HIM It takes 5days for the court to process Papers and give them back its been about 44 since I’ve signed the small packet.

Mr Thompson never returned any calls .. then decided to take my money and be dropped from my case.. I was married for over 10 years and I lost everything due to him.. Terrible attorney.. never never never hire him.. you will lose it all!!!

Very dishonest , unprofessional and incompetent lawyer. Kept making continuances on my case and making false promises about my case. Drug my case out for months on end. Clearly does not care about his clients. Spent thousands and got zero results. Highly disorganized and rude staff as well. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this Attorney.

Very unprofessional. He seems lost in court and constantly apologizing for speaking when he didn't supposed to. dragged my case for over a year and then closed my case without consulting with me or letting me know. I find out my case was closed when I checked the court's website; and when I called to ask why was the case closed they acted offended. They lack professionalism. Brought paper work to drop him off my case, I was told I would get the final papers about a week after. 4 months have passed and still haven't done it. Would not recommend him at all

Mr. Thompson did such a negligible job with my child custody case. I honestly would have been better of representing myself. He would forget very important information in court to where it was just embarrassing; it's as though he has ADD. The other factor that irritated me is that he would too often flirt and joke around with my ex husband's attorney in court! This was regarding custody against a very abusive man and Mr. Thompson did not take things seriously for the life of him.... I wanted to cry!! I ended up hiring another attorney after 19 continuances who cleaned up his mess and helped me gain custody which ended up costing me money that I didn't have..... PLEASE do not waste your time on him!!!

I contacted Mr. Thompson for my case...even though it seemed dificult at first we were able to win the case. The paralegal was always informing me of everything. I would definately recomen their professional work.
