It was a consultation. He was awesome. Called him, he basically gave a very simple account of information we needed to deal with our issue regarding taxes from two years previous. He made a stressful situation less daunting. Great guy!

Looking for a lawyer was a stressful situation to find myself in when I was already overwhelmed with a situation I never saw coming. Finding Jorge was providential beyond my expectations. He listened to the facts of the situation. He easily explained statutes in layman's terms. Despite facing big problems I felt completely confident. He is always prompt and respectful to answer my questions and concerns. When it came time for the hearing I felt completely supported because he kept me informed throughout the process of the proceedings. He made the process easy and I knew he would get us an appropriate determination based on logic and the law. He was successful and I and my family are beyond grateful.

Joel Lueck is extremely professional and upfront. I highly recommend Joel, he is an excellent lawyer that keeps open communication. He always responded to my emails or text messages in an efficient matter. When I called Joel he was straight forward with me and did not make any promises about winning my case, however he said that he was going to try his best at pleading on my behalf. I was scared because I was charged with three traffic violations: Exceeding 101 MPH, unsafe lane change and following to close. Which meant the suspension of my license for six months according to the website of the DMV. If I plead guilty to all charges the judge told me that I was going to obtain four points in my driving record; the judge also stated that the first violation was going to remain on my record for ten years if found guilty. ( speeding over 100 MPH). So I felt the necessity to hired him via phone because my court was at Kern County Superior Court in the city of Shafter and I live in Oceanside. I wanted to avoid driving three hours away from my location. After court, Joel gave me the news of my life. He said that the only charge I was convicted of was speeding in excess of 70mph(one point). All the other charges were dismissed. For such a strong case I believe that his fees are very reasonable.
