Bigger and Harman was very professional from the first initial call. The secretary answered many questions I asked and was up front on how difficult it was to get a ticket dismissed in Fresno County California. She also explained that it might take months to get it resolved, but through the whole process she or someone in the office would keep me updated with the progress of the case. The process took almost 10 months to the day that I received the citation to get the results, but as I was told from the beginning that they would keep me updated throughout the whole process, I received emails and phone calls from the office. The last call I received was from the lawyer and told me that the citation had been dismissed fully from my drivers licenses, and that Fresno County court would be sending my bond money back to me. I would recommend Bigger and Harman to all.

I first heard about Bigger & Harman back in 2015 when I just received my commercial license. I was facing a couple tickets on my record and as a new commercial license holder that really worried me about finding employment. The entire team was very helpful with all my questions and assistance through the process. I was very impressed by the outcome of the courts decision to dismiss the charges by the hard work from Bigger & Harman. I hired them last year for a speeding ticket I received in California and a few months ago when I received a second speeding ticket I hired them for the third time. I do not like these people at all. I run another LDA firm. I just got another set of pleadings from these people, and I could find no mistakes in their work. That annoys me. I want to find mistakes, so I can demur or otherwise complain about the errors. These people do not make the common errors others make, so I am annoyed. I hope you hire me because I am so much BETTER, but I can't even mention the name of my business because Pink is killing me with their lack of errors.
