Bigger & Harman got my speeding ticket reduced from two points to one. They are professional, courteous and offer personalized service. Highly recommended if you ever get in trouble in Kern County.

I definitely recommend this office. We had previously met with 3 different attorneys and were given false information. However when calling this office to schedule an appointment, they gave us one right away, went in the same day. Mr. Harman was honest and explained the situation to us, he provided documents to help us better understand. Glad we got an honest person who truly helped explain and took the time with us.

Best attorney I have ever used. Past attorneys usually drop the point and i would still play the fine. Bigger and Harman have had both tickets I've given them dismissed. Both were in the lemont court. For a truck driver my driving record is my livelihood. I will always recommend Bigger and Harman. 1 ticket was for a lane violation the other was for speeding.

Don’t waste your money on these people you can fight the ticket your self and get the same results they don’t do anything differently I just learned that myself. Go to trial or pay your ticket don’t waist extra money.

I've worked with Mr. Bigger before. This time, I had the opportunity to hire Mr. Harman for my daughter's traffic case in Kern County. Mr. Harman was able to get a non-moving violation. I was concerned about this case as my daughter has a fast car, and a hearty appetite for speed. I didn't want her to plead to a moving violation, even if she can go to traffic school, as you can only do so every 18 months. Bigger and Harman dominate Kern County!
