The lawyers won't help me with my case

Consult w one attorney who 'worked us in' his schedule, vacillated on yes could help, no could not; but the low rating is for assuring us a callback in four days, 2 wks later FINALLY heard back, with no referral as previously committed if unable to help.....hmmmmm. Not what one expects from such an esteemed company.

Chain Law has helped me through one of the worst accidents that I've ever had to deal with. I got hit by a drunk driver while getting out of my car, shattered part of my pelvis and right arm. I knew I would have to hire a lawyer and take this guy to court, the hospital bills alone were terrifying. Matt was the one who helped me through all of the legal processes, I would have never been able to get by without him. The whole Chain Law team has been nothing but helpful these past few months, I really can't thank them enough for getting me through this.

Matthew Clark has helped my family when we were in our car accident. We had nothing to worry about because his main focus was on getting us better. I was a client of Matt Clark. From the beginning, Mr. Clark was very clear about the facts and realities of the case. I was never in any doubt as to what to expect. His communication skills were excellent in that he always responded as quickly as possible to any question or concern I had. I believe he moved the process forward as fast as humanly possible. He was very sympathetic to my plight and responsive to my needs. I can say without a doubt that communication and concern for his client were his strengths. I cannot comment on his behind the scenes work (i.e. situations that did not require my presence) as I was not present at those times. However, since the case moved at a pace and direction that were satisfactory to me, I can only conclude that his work in those areas was excellent.
