Mr Rai handled a criminal matter of a family member of mine. He got the felony dropped to a misdemeanor which is later to be expunged. He is extremely professional. If you’re thinking about hiring him, just do it.

Great staff and great attorney who really saved me! I didn't know what to do when I got laid off from my job. i started missing payments and my phone was ringing off the hook. the calls stopped after awhile. but then out of nowhere I got served a lawsuit on one of my credit cards. i was totally freaked out! i called one lawyers office and left a message but they never called me back. another lawyer couldn't get me in for a week. then i called Scott Bell. The secretary reassured me that everything would be ok. she was calm, and I really appreciated that right then. I need it! Scott explained to me everything that was going on, and what was going to happen if I died bankruptcy. he reassured me again that i would be ok. he even called the credit card company right there while I was there to tell them to call his office and stop calling me. what a relief! We filed the case a week later, and everything was great. my bankruptcy finished, and now i don't owe anybody anything. Filling bankruptcy was the best thing I ever did, and I'm glad I went with Scott Bell's office.
