Bad experience with Communication, called several times, the people the answer the phone do thier job answering the phone, but when they check to see if Attorney or Paralegal's are available, they say no one answers. They take messages but no one ever returns my call. I feel like this firm leaves you hanging with no direction. I feel very annoyed by thier lack of communication and I am talking about the attorney and paralegals.

If they had zero stars I would have given that . This has been the worst experience in my life dealing with them. The staff was so rude and un professional. Left several messages and never a phone call back. Please beware of this attorney . A simple trust turned into a nightmare . How long does it take to do a simple trust ? No communication what so ever !!

*1 Star** I hired Mr. Brumfield's office and paid a retainer, only to be completely ignored and abandoned. They have done absolutely no work on my case, refused to respond to multiple emails, and ignored all my requests for a refund. Their lack of professionalism and basic decency is appalling. Ifyou’re looking for an attorney who communicates, follows through, or respects their clients, look elsewhere. This office clearly has no interest in delivering the services they were paid for.

I am extremely disappointed with the legal services I received from Brumfield Law Group. After retaining this attorney and paying a retainer fee, I experienced nothing but frustration. They were consistently unresponsive, failing to answer questions, return emails, or respond to phone calls. I felt completely ignored throughout the entire process, and no progress was made on my case. To make matters worse, despite repeated attempts to resolve the situation, I have yet to receive any return of the retainer fee. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone and regret having hired them.

I had some legal questions about a property. Joe Simpson answered my questions, he was very pleasant and called when said he would. Would definitely recommend him.

I had a wonderful first conversation with the firm. Their ability to answer important questions on the fly let me know they can handle the more difficult matters at hand. Great advise.
