I hired Rodger, and his assistant P.I. paralegal,Victor Vivia. From inside jail. After reading their book, The CA. Criminal handbook. Explaining what to do,& what not to do during an arrest. Roger, and Victor really stood up for me in court. And with their,hard nosed, negotiation skills, kept me from going to prison. When everybody else failed,they really came through for me.Id recommend Rodger to anyone, under any circumstance. I think I got to know Victor at a personal level after knowing him for some years now. I think it's because, we would both like to consider ourselves,"practicing"magicians. Exchanging each other's secrets. Let's face it, if you can't trust to your lawyer,who can you trust? Again always, thank you for your help; Roger lampkin, & Victor Vivia.

After having numerous lawyers, I wish I would have met Mr. Lampkin sooner. He is very professional, thorough and works hard for us to obtain the best results for my brother’s case.

Criminal case. What can I say, I got caught. He got me a great deal with no jail time. I am on probation and have to do work release and a bunch of fines, but I am happy with the result.

Crazy ex and her new man accused me of harassing her. It was a scam to get more child support. I hired Roger Lampkin for the criminal part of the case and Roger Grass for the family court part of the case. They work together. Victor from their office helped arrange bail IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. Karen helped with the paperwork to get more custody. Roger Lampkin got the criminal case DISMISSED, but I did have to take some classes and it took a LONG TIME. Roger Grass went to court with me and clobbered the ex. Now, she has to get drug tested and she only gets supervised visitation. I'm happy - especially with the price for such great service.

Went in for consultation with Victor, he explained what my role would be and what information would be required to have Roger appeal to the court and be successful. I was accused. I spent MONTHS in jail waiting trial. His assistant, Victor, visited me a bunch of times. They gave me copies of some books they wrote. I almost lost faith because it took so long but everything was dismissed.

I was charged with DUI and resisting. I didn't even go to court and he got it all dismissed.

I was FALSELY accused. He filed tons of paper and got it dismissed. His assistant Victor is frickin amazing, but I did have a hard time getting Roger to talk about the case. Dont know why it says Taft. I visited his office (an old house) in Bakersfield.

DOESNT RETURN CALLS OR MAKE CONTACT WITH CLIENT, HASNT DISCUSSED CASE INFORMATION WITH CLIENT, AT A LATE STAGE IN THE PROCEEDINGS HAS NOT DISCUSSED A GAME PLAN WITH CLIENT, MAY POSSIBLY BE A GREAT ATTORNEY , BUT NOT CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY, ALTHOUGH WAYNE HIS INVESTIGATOR IS BY FAR MORE PROFESSIONAL THAN ROGER LAMPKIN HIMSELF, THEREFORE HE WAS APPOINTED BY THE COURTS TO MY CASE AND DOESNT SEEM TO CARE ONE WAY OR THE OTHER.
