They didn’t help me with my case, there commercials are false advertising, and once again another Kern County law firm denied my claim, Kern County has the worst law firm in the state of California.

I give this company 0 stars. I had Beatrice dealing with my workmans comp case. In my opinion Beatrice did not do a good job with my case. 5 years of dealing with this, and my settlement was a joke. I pretty much ended the case and settled. My case wasn’t going anywhere for 5 years. Beatrice negotiated with child support without my acknowledgment and she agreed to give them part of the settlement,only a judge can award that . Giving them part of my settlement, even though I was already making payments to them (talking about my case and dealing with an outside party,to me that’s unethical). We didn’t even go to court because Beatrice said that is what a judge would do anyway.I requested to go to court, but she refused. She never worked on getting me a proper doctor. Workmans comp was refusing care on my knee issues ( injections ) and Beatrice didn’t fight hard enough for me. I still have my knee injury that requires surgery, and now other parts of my body is getting worse because of this issue. I would never get updates on my case. I would go 6 months without a word, and I would call or email and get a response 2 weeks later and she would sound irritated at times. I wanted to end the case, because I wasn’t getting anything out of it, and why wait any longer. I feel that I lost in this case. I’m not happy with this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Regardless of what happened, she didn’t fight for me. I got to the point where I wanted to complain to the bar about her negotiating with another party and being that’s unethical and misconduct on her part.Beatrice was aware of it, whether she got offend or not, it’s the truth because she didn’t care. This ended 3 months ago and still waiting for part of my settlement that was supposed to be given to me in 30 days. I received only part of the temporary disability settlement but still waiting for the my part of the permanent disability settlement in which your office gets their share and I get what’s left. I was given documents stating temporary benefits and permanent disability amounts,Again I’ve only received the temporary disability payment in December 2023, now I’m waiting for the other settlement of permanent disability amount.Which I think is overdue.”she stated that she was going to have the other attorneys pay for her,attorney fees,never happened.I’ve said enough.

My experience with the law firm was kind of disappointing because I had to keep calling back about updates on my case and I was always speaking with a different person.I didn't feel important at all.

Wouldn’t recommend. The service just wasn’t worth it. Thankful my almost year experience with them is at an end, they weren’t very effective.
